Here you have opprotunitues to work with real proffessionals of the field and have your clear growth path. I have been working in Questrade for at about 5 years and I was able to grow from Software engineer to Software Engineering Team Lead position.

      Sometimes business requirements are not recieved in an appropriately defined state. But the company management always collects feedback from employees and continuously improves the processes.

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
