prices, the whole idea of a conversion rate and the fact that it's held to the highest regard. Honestly you can do whatever you want if you have a high conversion rate, the rules don't apply to you. Of course the only way to get a high conversion rate is to try and sign as many people up for a membership as you can without them realizing it. Trust me they come back around mad as fire too.

* I felt there was favoritism at times, and some employees seemed to be treated differently than others. * Communication from management was not always clear or consistent. * Safety and training expectations did not always seem to match what employees were being told to do on the job. For example, I was told by a supervisor that I could use the pressure washer while the wash was active, which conflicted with my training and understanding of safety procedures. * Concerns raised by employees did not always feel like they were taken seriously. * The work environment could become stressful due to management decisions and workplace drama.
