Very great bosses and flexible schedule

When it’s slow not much to do

They take care of their employees. Excellent benefits, salary, yearly bonus, stock grants, profit sharing...Oil and gas industry is in a hard place right now and the debt level of Quicksilver makes it exceedingly more difficult for them to compete in their market.

Poor communication from the top down. Morale has dwindled over the last few years because of uncertainty and very little guidance besides the semi annual employee meeting.
