Small tech team working on a large product, the leadership lacks a clear vision for the product’s future. It feels like they no longer want to invest in or develop it further. Despite this, the tech team ends up being blamed for everything — even for issues like not acquiring clients, which is clearly not the responsibility of the engineering team. Expect unrealistic expectations, misplaced accountability and no job security
