- Management always avoids feedback. The CEO changes the company's direction as he wants.  - They are looking for a "yes" person. If you start to set boundaries or give opinion, they will let you go or make you leave the company. - Companies do not care about your mental and physical health.  -There is no feedback and review structure in place at the company - founders do not care about the team's performance. It depends on their mood. - Every problem that company face, they always say it's someone else's fault, not theirs. My advice for applicants is to avoid this company. It is not worth your skill, energy, and time. If you are looking for a company that cares, is transparent, and motivates its employees, this is not the place. PS: Don't believe those 5 stars reviews ;)
