Some of the people you work with are great

Almost everything. The pay is far below the city’s average (unless you’re in upper management) Almost impossible to move up (unless you’re in upper management) If you’re not in operations travel is next to nothing They churn and burn lower-level employees which leads to high turnover Communication throughout the company is laughably bad The work is very siloed Upper management is constantly making promises they can’t keep Complete boys club and nepotism galore A lot of unqualified people are in positions they shouldn’t be in (usually bc they’re friends with the right people) They expect you to go above and beyond for the company when they can’t even give you the bare minimum This place drains the life out of you. I saw it happen countless times to my coworkers and myself They won’t let you work remotely but then turn around and hire fully remote employees An all-around toxic environment - I lost track of how many people went to the “wellness room” to cry Lots of micromanagement but also lacking of actual support If you give negative feedback or bring up issues they will retaliate against you The same problems have been brought up for years and leadership refuses to address it

I enjoy working with the clients and my coworkers. The ability to travel is also a plus.

-Industry low pay -No work from home flexibility unless you are prioritized by management -Poor work life balance -Preferential treatment based off of manager bias -HR and management are not transparent -HR and management seek to control narratives -Will frequently lay off people without notice
