      Collaboration is not encouraged or recognized nor is mentorship. Did not appear able to maintain a sales pipeline and the resultant sales were mostly bad paper.

      Lack of leadership support. Employees are not held responsible for unprofessional behavior or disrespect to fellow employees. Different departments operate with different priorities. Holidays and vacation allowances vary significantly depending on location, which creates a sense of inequity among employees.
