Company's each and every decision is taken by a single person, which makes it horrible to compare between multiple choices and adopt the best one. 3. Very poor leadership with the height of ego makes it difficult to work. 4. Company expects to work a minimum of 14-15 hours a day and track employees' availability in the slack online. If some are not available then it is reported. 5. Company appraise employee by the number of hours spent daily continuously and not by the work productivity. 6. Taking leaves in the company is like a heinous crime. 7. Company troubles a lot employee while leaving the job. 8. There is no culture of employee wellbeing in the company. 9. All founding members and star performers of the employees left the job in a timespan of 1 year. 10. 9 employees left the company in a 10-11 months timestamp, which is very poor for a startup having 14-15 employees. 11.
