1. Very strict and visible hierarchy. Engineering, HR, PM, none of the depts can take any decision of their own. 3. Higher management preserves a master-slave relationship with its employees. 4. All the people who joined the company initially, left it within a year or two. 6. Product management side is a disaster. 7. Min working hours is 14-15 hours per day, it could go more. Working on weekends is a normal thing. 8. When you take a leave, it is expected of you to compensate for it during weekends. The policy of unlimited leaves in this company is a trap. 9.
