low pay throughout some people in sales are pretty toxic and will promise things to customers and then get upset at the dev team/operations/support for not following through on his hard promises spaghetti code, dev practices not the best. product updates break things. attempts to fix those bugs create even more bugs, but dev team is understaffed and underpaid so they don't really get around to them not much room for career growth unless you want to be paid a 5-10% raise for much more responsibilities. better to go to a different company and be paid 40-50% more. very strange that at a saas company that the dev and it team are kind of seen as a cost centre
