the learning curve is good - but tools used only excel

toxic management, managers are the worst - literally sadists if they don't like you (which is almost everyone, even new hires), micromanagement, poor company culture, no work life, they expect you to work long hours and even on the weekends after setting unrealistic deadlines and expectations (even in internal deadlines??!), everyone is unhappy except the top management, even if other consulting companies have long work hours - at least they have good, helpful people and decent culture

Frequent direct interaction with clients, offering strong exposure. Encourages quick learning and domain expansion. Pantry is well-stocked.

Leadership level decision making can feel inconsistent. HR processes may lack structure and transparency. Work-life balance is very limited, especially for interns. Workplace culture can sometimes feel stressful and high pressure. Concerns around communication and professionalism in certain situations.
