YOUR HAPPINESS MATTERS. In life you will have employers (like Q2) that don’t appreciate you despite your greatest efforts. Don’t let that ruin your day. Don’t let that kill your motivation. YOUR TIME IS VALUABLE. Go out there and find a job you enjoy and an employer that treats you right. You are not at their mercy and they don’t own you. Your pay is earned. Your employer isn’t gifting you anything. Don’t ever let an employer tell you that “you should feel lucky to be in this position.”
