Horrendous management, disorganised company - Recensione dipendente - Scientist presso Q² Solutions

Avoid at all costs. I would give zero stars if I could. No organisational skills or any foresight - new starts are left to fend for themselves without a training plan and often left reading SOPs for weeks after start date. All decisions are based on business/profits without regard for members of staff who are overworked and underpaid. They should make management courses mandatory before promoting staff that are clearly incapable of their role. Not to mention the wage discrepancy, with new starts receiving a much higher salary than existing staff, that has still not been addressed by the company.
