Owner, Management. Treat employs disrespectfully. Lies spread, nothing is sacred in regards to communication, owner yells, name calls, throws things. Sexual discrimination is prevalent in favor of men. Women are paid far less and do not get company cars. Men are referred to as "rainmakers" and women are there merely to support the men. Changes implemented with no communication to the employees. They started an attendance bonus and then stopped it with no warning. Issued negative checks for several employees with no explanation. Superintendent is out of control: wrecks company trucks, gets DUI in company truck. owner fronting legal fees for DUI. People are told by the owner that their job is not hard, his toddler or a monkey can do it so what is the problem. Owner constantly says that all employees are stealing from him. Owner threatened a previous employee in the company shops public area with customers at the counter. Pay employees next to nothing while driving his Ferrari to work everyday. They send a negative message to all employees. The field employees are not allowed in the office. Owner takes no responsibility for any actions but takes full credit if something goes well. If someone leaves, you are expected to pick up the pieces and work additional hours indefinitely and for no reward. Supposed to have an open door policy but Jeff Hemm will not return calls or meet with employees who are not employed in the office.
