Big and clumsy - Recensione dipendente - Visual Designer presso R/GA

This company is far to big. For all the good things R/GA offers (clients, talent, name) they have a sprinkle of bad that ruins it. For every talented designer there are 5 that are just competent but have egos that will knock you on your back. Beyond this the organization is AMAZINGLY political and full of drama. Give it a year, give it a month, give it a week in the end you'll see that its just like every other large agency. It'll chew you up and spit you out and leave you with a great name for your resume........
