Leadership looks at us like a bunch of numbers on a piece of paper. Does not take into account the effect a person has on office culture when going through layoffs/firings. They have no idea what our real strengths are, and therefore make decisions on who to layoff based on outdated/misinformed stats. R/GA used to be a bustling, happy place to work until they hired the (now former... thank god) Managing Director. A sad story indeed.
