On my second month I tried to open a dialogue with the Group MD. Nothing happened. On my third month I tried to open a dialogue with the VP. Nothing happened. On my fourth month I tried to open a dialogue with global leadership. Nothing happened. On my eighth month I asked my HR business ‘partner’ to be transferred to a different group. Nothing happened. On my ninth month I asked the CEO for a different role. Nothing happened. On the tenth month I resigned. R/GA is woke-washing, toxic workplace that only works for people from the right background.
