High turnover IT Managers lack direction. IT team is based in Germany and it's very difficulty to coordinate projects and get feedback. I was given a promised upon being hired that I would be sent to Germany for training, but that never happened. I never even received training. The HR person supervised IT in Wixom and told me I would need to be on call even during lunch. I was interrupted multiple times during lunch, sometimes would need to cut lunch early upon HR's request. You will be micro-managed by HR and if she is upset with you, she will write you up and make you look bad to the IT managers in Germany. She does not have a background in IT so she is just viewing you from a HR perspective. If you make a mistake HR is quick to write you up before attempting to train you and correct the issue so it doesn't happen again. Very unorganized IT structure, very little documentation or protocol to reference. No training.
