We work with amazing clients, the team is full of smart, supportive people, and the culture is genuinely fun. It’s a “work hard, play hard” environment where your coworkers have your back. No company is perfect, but what stands out at RAZR is the leadership’s willingness to listen and act. There’s a real commitment to improvement and to doing right by both clients and employees. I’ve worked at companies where the culture felt toxic. RAZR is the opposite. We care about each other and about delivering our best.
