One of the nicest work environment I've come across in my career. Very supportive team and leadership. Opportunities to move within company to new roles are good too. Collaboration across department is great, many of them work for years and years. Great in house health and wellbeing sessions, activities across the year, quarterly company lunches, and great Christmas lunch event.

Being manufacturing facility, policy and culture revolves around that, which comes with tight working hours from office, and mandatory Christmas shutdowns. But none of them are unbearable.
