You can finish the work in your own way. Management only cares about end results. Good working culture.

Management doesn't care about employee's career, commitments,....etc. Management doesn't have proper vision and mission. Improper decisions from management. Salary Delays (more than 3 months). Management doesn't know about professionalism. Though it is a startup, there is lots of internal politics.
