-Office location was not the best -A lot of commuting required, resulting in some long days -Not the most diverse workforce, though seems to have gotten better

REPSG is a company that really cares about its employees! Staff are not seen as merely bodies who complete tasks, but as people with unique skills and interests and lives outside of the office. While meeting project deadlines is a priority, senior management cares about the well-being of employees and our lives outside of the office. There is a desire to produce high quality work, and staff are encouraged to be looking for ways to improve processes to better serve our clients. While no workplace is perfect, REPSG senior staff are good at identifying areas for improvement and working toward positive change. While I enjoy the work that we do, the people I work with, the culture of the company, and the caring senior management are what have kept me at REPSG so long!

Svantaggi

Being contract-based, the work load ebbs and flows. There are times of relative calm and times when we are very very busy. Client needs can change very quickly, and there are times when you must drop everything to attend to a pressing need.

Constantly changing management and ongoing restructuring created instability Lack of trust between management and employees Poor handling of employee health issues; significant delays in allowing necessary medical leave Insufficient support and resources for professional growth High turnover rate contributing to a stressful work environment Strange onboarding process; I was given a phone and laptop set up for an older employee without the data wiped, forcing me to use personal accounts for basic communication No real shadowing period or introduction to colleagues; I was immediately put to work Inadequate training due to absent or ineffective project managers Frequently left off important project email chains until the last possible moment Taken off my own projects to work on others without any personal benefit Strange infighting between senior management and constant discussions about previous employees Inappropriate conversations between senior and junior staff Poor internal communication Non-paid overtime is constant Fairly dangerous neighborhood No lunch breaks provided Unsanitary conditions; the restrooms were frequently left in unacceptable states
