Only pros are the fun loving colleagues ( which is also minimal these days), no work pressure and the best part of this job is u can enjoy your breaks!! No one questions about it, if at all does its doesn't affect u any ways either in ur annual hike ( as far I know there are no "hikes") or in any manner

They say they have a transparent policy , but it's the other way around they have diff rules for each and every person . Management has become so clueless tht they don't recognise they Run a market research firm, they think they run a garment factory, no work ethics , pay is way below the standards, inefficient and absurd HR policies, substandard management . No employee benefits at all. Promotions here are of no use u just get a designation , no monetary gains, no learning curve as well

I've been with Repucom for 6 months now and have enjoyed my experience on the whole. Strong leadership who are smart, approachable, supportive and demand great work, but also know when it's time to close the laptop and have some fun. Also, we have access to data across the industry, worldwide, that no one else has, so it's a huge competitive advantage.

We are a bit on the lean side as far as resources go, but that's improving day by day. Also, our account team is a bit on the junior side, but additional resources and new blood is coming in to add expertise, and depth that we need.
