HR Policies, Rather there are no policies, and whatever they think is right is right a lot, No transparency, even the higher management is not worried about what happening in India production center, as they are just bothered about the revenue and doesn't really care about the employee well being. and the work quality is very poor, as the recruitment standards are way below the market standards and the best part is the person who takes interview does not know English and very poor at communication. Very poor compensation - Its been told that they do the market survey to decide on the compensation part, however, its way below the market standards and the attrition is high due to the same at all levels. and this job just helps as a stop gap for the ones who are looking out for a short time employment or might want to do time pass for a while. During my stay, I never had a feeling that I am working for a organization who does business, and it seemed like a wholesaler (rather Marwa...i Shop) who focuses only on profit margin and nothing else. Overall the culture is very bad....and the only company in this universe who is not worried about the employee attrition...

I've been with Repucom for 6 months now and have enjoyed my experience on the whole. Strong leadership who are smart, approachable, supportive and demand great work, but also know when it's time to close the laptop and have some fun. Also, we have access to data across the industry, worldwide, that no one else has, so it's a huge competitive advantage.

We are a bit on the lean side as far as resources go, but that's improving day by day. Also, our account team is a bit on the junior side, but additional resources and new blood is coming in to add expertise, and depth that we need.
