Management is horrible, if someone doesnt like you dont expect to move up even if you're qualified and doing the work already, HR does NOT follow whats in the policy and will twist words that arent even there to get an employee in trouble or fired, upper management will willingly tell employees that they're disposable. Upper management doesnt know the systems the CSR's use but will tell you something was done incorrectly and when you ask how they dont know. Managers truly don't care whats going on outside of work and you're either at work or when you miss a day you come back to attitude and rude looks. Greg is the only open minded, ethical, having morals, GOOD manager they have but hopefully he gets out before he's turned into one of the bad ones. If you'd love to be unhappy at work then this is the job for you!
