The company culture at REV77 is great. Everyone is very accepting. REV77 values work/life balance. As a recent college graduate, they have been very understanding and nurturing towards me. I also love the flexibility of being able to work remotely or in their Tempe office. The pay is fair.

Contractor positions do not include benefits, but full-time positions do.

If you are well established in your field Rev77 would be a great fit. We are a small team of seasoned professionals. Our CEO isn't hands-off by any means which is what you typically see in our industry. It's nice working for someone who is not only in the trenches with you but can help guide you if you get stuck.

If you're trying to climb the corporate ladder this probably isn't the right fit. We are all experts in our field and being a small group there (currently) isn't room for leadership opportunities.
