2yWe are glad to hear that you appreciated the training and opportunities that REVGEN creates for our employees. Regarding commissions - A lot of thought and research goes into commission structures so anyone hitting quota should have the opportunity to make the same amount as their coworkers who are also hitting quota on a different campaign.
We think we do a really good job treating everyone equally. Success at REVGEN is completely dependent upon a persons effort and outcomes.
