Inconsistent disciplinary process. They hire almost anyone and that isn’t always a good thing as certain positions require experience and a level of understanding. Program Managers are left in the dark, very little communication, and blaming Managers when something doesn’t go right but most of the Manager didn’t even know about it. Directors handle problems behind the scenes and don’t include Managers and give no explanations to the results.
