Employees must agree, support, and celebrate the principal and the office. If not, the principal will find an excuse to fire you or bully you until you leave. I have seen this pattern with several employees Principal is very manipulative and will use her private life to influence her employees The office doesn’t have a mentorship plan in place. There is not much learning or growth. The whole spiritual design it is just marketing and the office does not sustain those values High turn-over
