Expectations are not clearly communicated, and there is little to no team support. Micromanagement and constant complaining are the norm. Be prepared to be thrown under the bus to cover up others' mistakes. Additionally, payroll issues are common. If you need a correction, be ready to waste time sending multiple emails to get it fixed.
