1.They provide free lunch (veg) 2.Employees are friendly If I put "salary on time" etc this type of pros then I should say that this things will be the minimum stuff which should be followed by every employer.
Svantaggi
1. Very low salary even in compare to kolkata market. 2. No company growth even it is a very old company. Max 10 people are working there. 3.Very critical time comes when you resign, manager's behaviour is very bad at that time so its better to not join this company.
