Company social events are always fun and provide staff with relaxed facetime and a shared sense of community. Lots of committees you can participate in and share your employee voice. And at the end of the day, we can feel good about the impact our work has on the health of our communities around the nation. It may not always look glamorous on the outside, but it truly matters!

Been there nearly a decade and it's been great! Like other mid-size businesses with a large footprint, RJN is constantly balancing team efforts of delivering current projects with investing in new initiatives and pursing complex opportunities.
