The CEO is a hypocrite and greedy as hell. He will lecture you everyday on how not to run after money and keep working for him for peanuts. When you resign he will beg you to stay and later on refuse to pay your salary and provident fund. He will send you emails on how he has run out of money then will go on holidays. No need to provide any notice period in this company cause you're definitely not gonna get paid!

They are living in paradise of fools.

Extreme toxic culture. Extreme political culture. Laid off around 25 magento developer and posted hiring for 3 magento developer for marketing stunt. Zero work life balance. Will make you work for 13,15 hours with zero compensation and when someone talk about this he has to listen 2 hours motivation lecture too. Policies here are being made with hit and trial moods. E.g collected unwork profiles of all employees and they didn't even open them and expired their connects too. Thier behaviour towards employee is quite humiliating.
