Only pros i can say is that you can purchase tires and wheels at 15% over invoice price and you can put on rent if you can't afford to pay in full. You get the opportunity to learn things with all of the meetings and corporate helps with task you can't accomplish.

The company doesn't value there manager because any Team member can say anything about you and they have done made mistakes that cause there job to be on the line and they do nothing about it, also the company is all about making them money not how you perform because they wanna push you to do better at the store but no help from corporate. If you go thru PNL you will see how much this company has lost money while my store in Daytona Beach has made a difference since 2022. The company also makes promises they don't keep so make sure if you work for them put it on paper and sign it. There's 28 corporate stores and only 5 stores made money and the Daytona Beach store has been one for the past 4 months. Upper management also don't care about your health or if your struggling in life only get paid 55k a year plus commissions but the commissions base they have is all false. They sell you a dream just to get you in the door. I've seen a lot of manager leave this company for the same reason all the company cares about is making money for them not value the people that is holding down the place for them. Opening at 9am and closing at 6pm but theres nights I leave at 7pm even 8pm and still don't get any credit for it. To finish this how it really is Over worked under paid. Very unprofessional
