They simply do not care about most of the staff Terrible communication skills - again from the leadership team Major egos running the DAS group Anyone good leaves as soon as they feel the surge of ego Constant turnover - it's a revolving door Worked to the bone for very low pay Not a very PC place. Swearing and non-professional interactions are very common
