      Very good place for professional upgrade.

      There are two worlds there. One is for youngest employees and the other belongs to older ones. The 2-nd world shall never be able to work along with younger employees. Therefore, the youngest shall have to deal with a lot of "former approaches" but it would definitely worth the troubles.
