- Lack of experienced consultants. There is a constant stream of experienced and senior employees leaving, while inexperienced people are hired to fill their place. - Poor pay for the amount of work expected. No bonuses and payrises are hard fought to get. - Company has a very corporate feel. Always pushing for higher profit margins with no incentives for employees. - Management is out of touch with what people on the ground do. - Constantly over encumbering seniors with work with little to no support.
