Cliquish Culture and Unprofessional Leadership - Recensione dipendente - Electrical Designer presso RPT Alliance

Unfortunately, my experience at this company was disappointing. The work environment felt very cliquish, and despite consistently putting in strong effort and dedication, my contributions were not respected or valued. There was a noticeable lack of diversity, both culturally and in leadership perspectives, which impacted inclusion and growth. Additionally, ownership often behaved unprofessionally, making decisions that felt personal rather than business-driven. I would not recommend this workplace to those seeking a supportive, inclusive, and professional environment.
