Work/Life Balance Many benefits and team building activities Friendly atmosphere One of the reasons I was attracted to this company on my interview was how long some of the current employees have been working here I am a current employee of over 15 years and have watched many coworkers stay until retirement There has always been an open-door policy with upper management, and they are very supportive of the staff on a business and personal level

As the business grows the work load can be overwhelming and stressful at times

There are no pros to working with this company. They do not value their employees

-No Structure -Poor Upper Management -No Diversity & Inclusion -No real HR team present to address all of the unethical work behaviors happening in the organization -Micromanagement -No room for growth -Heavy workload -Undocumented workers present -Employee records unsecured -Noncompliance of numerous HR related task I was told by the CFO that I should quit because I cannot thrive in the workplace environment which was predominantly white. She told me I was unqualified to do certain task. Overall I've been discriminated against and was made to feel less than I'm currently pursuing legal action with the EEOC
