Brought into the company during a closure of an office in England and given payrolls to run with little or no information. Dealing with irrate clients and given no training and told to get on with things. My supervisor used to exclude me from conversations, ignore me in the team and provide little or no training to assist me to do my role effectively. After working hard for 2 years and earning the company money through effective management of my time, RMS and the senior partner of Employer Services took me to court to recoup training fees I owed the company after resigning. As a single parent I advised them that I simply couldn't afford to repay what they were asking in the unrealistic timeframe. They were not interested in my circumstances or the welfare of my child and perused me through court claiming that I had failed to pay anything. I always maintained I was willing to pay but it would be at smaller amounts. An agreement has now been put in place which could have been agreed amicably. I never met such a horrible senior manager (in my opinion) before and regret ever being part of Employer Services.
