Multi-talented organization with a platform to learn and diversify yourself in your core area of learning. I see many comments related to salaries and culture of the organization but the facts presented are only the one side of the coin. Yes we had a bad time during the Phase of November to February when the market scenario was not that good in India and we did not have the projects in our bag. To overcome this situation the management had two options
i) To reduce the manpower
ii) To ask the existing workforce to think out of the box and bag projects from the market.
The management took a decision to pursue the second point. Management did not want to just terminate people who had become a Non performing Asset to the Company as it thought that not only the person will loses the job, His / Her family also gets affected. Instead it decided to seek support of its workforce and bag projects.
During this tenure of four to six months not only the salaries got delayed but also payments to the vendor also suffered a lot. Many employees took the decision to quit. But during this period of slowdown there was no cutting of the facilities provided to the employees (like: Lunch, Payments of the mobile bills, official reimbursements)
Well the posting on the wall of Glassdoor is only one side of the coin.
But with the grit and its aggression and with a practice of no looking back and having a positive attitude the tables have now turned and the fact is the Management has now overcome the situation and is paying salaries on time and has bag full of orders. We have a tight delivery schedule. Many new engineers have also been hired.
The Management is also appealing to all the people who left can join back. This shows the intent of the company and its attitude towards the social world.
It’s a factual situation which has occurred during my tenure. The slogan still remains same
