      This place is an incredible place to grow and learn in a field that is cutting-edge technology. Additionally, they have a great outlook on work-life balance and fostering a work-family environment. The senior management also seems to care about who their employees are, what their goals are, and who they are as a person. Very down to earth group of people. Outstanding benefits. Pay for overtime. I definitely hit the jackpot when I found work here.

      They run extremely lean. There is maybe a bit too much independence, so if you get stuck, there isn't many people to double check your work. It truly is up to you to get the work done - you clean up your own mess.

      Lots of fluff in the workplace (free coffee, drinks, snacks, workout facilities, company-paid "business trips", etc.) is nothing more than a pretty cover on an ugly book Minimal work/life balance - the more hours you work, the more hours they expect you to work, with very little acknowledgement or appreciation (unless you are part of the Management "click") Projects are not process or quality driven, they are schedule driven and a satisfactory product is acceptable as long as it is out the door on time Being in a crisis control and reactionary mode is the standard, not the exception Rewards and acknowledgements are given over and over to those who are closest to Executive Management or are part of the Management "click" Great place to work until...you try to introduce new ideas, approaches, or efficiencies - then you're blacklisted as a "problem child"
