My time at RT Pastry has been filled with various experiences. These experiences have shaped my career path. They have been both fulfilling and difficult. I have had the chance to independently plan and execute marketing campaigns. I have seen the entire lifecycle of these campaigns. I have gained insights from retail crews and customers. This hands-on involvement has given me a better understanding. It helps me understand what works effectively in the B2C sector. I continuously grow in my role through the freedom to experiment. Trial-and-error situations provide opportunities for learning and growth.
