Great company, love the environment, fast pased, working with family members and people around my age (25)

boss is foreign, small office with small windows, not the greatest area, parking sitautuatin is not the best

It is a design oriented small sized office and you have a chance to work in great cultural and mixed-use projects in China and sometimes beyond. A great place to get experience from concept to DD and CD. The director is inspiring and has a great feel of balance in his designs.

Long working hours, lack of management and poor communication with clients and with the LDI but thats not unusual in China. No BIM implementation yet.
