The company pays well and there are a lot of locations you can choose to work. They are starting to put some money into improved facilities but that is coming at the expense of the employees.

They cant win big contracts, if your contract dies they wont carry you on overhead for any amount of time, they will make you burn PTO or take no pay. Many of their facilities should be shut down because they are so out dated. They are too big to care about the employee. You are just a number there.
