There are some smart people from the legacy firms that remain.

Management does not seem to do right by employees or clients. Clients deserve consistency and they are not getting any. The entire C suite has basically turned over since the merger in 2022 and it generally seemed like everyone was unhappy. Clients are leaving rapidly. The legacy firms were very successful prior to this CEO and new president of Polaris. Legacy Polaris employees were discriminated against.

Terrible Management. Stingy Company. Not fully transparent. Most of the employees are depressed and complain about the company, management, and pay to one another. Better pay, management, and opportunities elsewhere. They underpay employees here and got rid of 60-70% of their employees.
