Compensation was significantly below market rate considering the workload and expectations. Workload distribution was highly uneven, with some employees consistently overburdened while others were underutilized. Although the work was structured as a team effort, recognition and responsibility were not shared equally. There appeared to be clear bias in how mistakes were handled, with accountability applied unevenly. If you a yes man than this is a place for you, good luck.
