As a family-owned business, there is an air of genuine care and understanding. I've been amazed at how different it is from a corporate environment where everything is challenged and overlooked. They take time to listen and evaluate ideas to make things better. From support services, sales, and construction they take the time to improve processes both for internal employees and external customers. I've been here for five months so far and have enjoyed success and continued involvement in customer services. They have a purpose and continue to hold the customer first in everything they do. It's nice to work for someone who says what they mean and does what they say. They pay 100% for the base insurance which is a huge departure from the current market with a high deductible and expensive weekly paid insurance plans.

Constantly growing, which isn't a negative but they are being picky about hires and trying to make sure that customer oriented individuals with a depth of experience are hired. It's difficult to find the right people so the hiring process can take a while.
