The leadership team is exceptionally supportive and fosters an inclusive and collaborative work environment. They genuinely care about employee well-being and professional growth, There are multiple avenues for someone to grow their career once getting in the door. They love to promote within, which speaks volumes!

Job is heavily commission based, which can be a blessing and a curse. There are no annual raises either.

Employee retention is an issue.
The practice of laying off good workers to either replace them with cheaper, incompetent workers and/or put a heavier workload on your exceptional employees will inevitably cause turnover and impact the customer’s experience.
Upper management’s expectations do not align with what is actually feasible.
