You’re just another person to them. They look at everyone as replaceable. No communication between management. Need to pay more to keep people. They could give people that have early morning pours notice before 3:00pm instead of waiting till 5:00pm to let someone know they have a pour at 1:00am. This office is a joke right now. They say they can’t pay more either but they need infrastructures help and they make more than us and they pay for their hotel and per diem but can’t give us a raise.
